We had a pretty major plumbing issue and Roto-Rooter was able to send a technician out the same day, which we really appreciated. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took his time looking into the problem and explained everything to us clearly, including what was causing the issue and what needed to be done to fix it.
