Roto-Rooter Plumbers and Septic Services offers quick and efficient plumbing and septic solutions for both commercial and residential needs in Orange and Sullivan Counties, New York, as well as Pike and Wayne Counties, Pennsylvania. The company employs highly-trained and certified plumbers who are known for their professionalism and expertise. Customers appreciate the excellent communication from the office and the courteous technicians. However, some reviews mention high prices, with one customer noting a $525 charge for clearing a drain. While service is prompt and reliable, some expect better cleanup after the job is done. Overall, Roto-Rooter is a solid choice for urgent plumbing issues, particularly in emergencies.
Provided same day service. I had a clogged kitchen drain, and some patched old piping below the sink . The tech, Kevin, had everything available to clean out the clog, and replace what needed to be done. I’m very happy with the service provided.
I had a clogged main drain pipe. I called Roto-Rooter. They were there at my house within the hour.
The service Tech Mamadou, was very respectful of my house, and myself. He was very professional snaked out the drain down to the main sewer line and cleared the stoppage. Everything was tested and was flowing perfectly would recommend.
