I had an issue with my pc and decided to replace it. ChatGPT had recommended Dave for a hardware repair on the old one so i contacted him to do the transfer from old to new. He did an outstanding job. He knew what he was doing and the timing was excellent.
When i first called him he answered the phone immediately. We continued to communicate by text which he responded to timely. Drop offs and pickups were easily scheduled. He found some convoluted paths which he eliminated and did the total transfer flawlessly. A follow up tune up left me completely satisfied.

Super friendly and professional service. They wefe able to save a Laptop of mine that had a dead cmos battery and wouldn't go past the bios screen for years. I had been hesitant to get it repaired fearing cost but SOHPRO's price was amazing.

What an amazing experience. Dave was helpful, accommodating, respectful, professional, efficient, and diligent. The turnaround time was 24 hours- which is extremely impressive. I haven't been able to access this laptop for over 3 years and now I get to use it like there wasn't ever an issue in the first place.
