David is cool and very helpful. He helped me out late on a Sunday evening, especially coming back from a trip with his family. I felt ashamed because no one deserves to be bothered when they’re having a great time with family. But Dave was very helpful and immediately diagnosed the issue and he didn’t even charge me.
