The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxed which I appreciate after going to some places that feel very rushed. Anita asked lots of questions to be able to recommend the best service and my nails look and feel fantastic. Not thick like other places. My only criticism is no hand massage at the end which I would like. I already booked my next appointment and highly recommend Domani with Anita.“

The manicure was first and took about 25 minutes, hand massage for a minute or two. The gentleman made sure the shape and cut was to my liking. The polish ended up looking not so great though, a bit streaky and visible second coat, chipping after 3 days where I mentioned a towel fiber being stuck. Oddly enough I feel my cuticles are worse in some areas after.

The pedicure was excellent in service I would say the young woman was very attentive and took her time making sure every step was done right. My feet are very smoothe although I did have to have her adjust the cut and file quite a bit during. I always wish for a stronger massage but that's just me. The let down is the part when she said they were dry, I listened and put my socks on to get home later to see sock imprinted nails. I usually do gel or ANC dip and just wanted a good refresh on my nails so I went cheaper on the polish. I know it happens and I'd be willing to give the place another shot.“

She was so inviting and consistently engaged with friendly conversation. She educated me on proper nail care and products so that I was able to understand the differences. The one thing I loved was that she would confirm pricing and care before proceeding so that I was not shocked with the bill at the end.
