This program has been an invaluable experience for me and has brought about profound personal insight, healing and progress not found from anywhere or anything else. She brings kindness and wisdom while allowing you to make forever changes in your thoughts, feelings and habits. The work is accessible and practical while also seeming magical at the same time. I can seriously not say enough about the KindNest. Sarah was a miracle worker, between the reiki and coaching it was like I became a new person with all the tools that could handle anything that came my way. I know for a fact Sarah was who helped me get pregnant. After 2 years, a miscarriage, all the acupuncture, Chinese herbs, and fertility treatments, it wasn’t until I met with her and worked through stuff that I got pregnant and my little girl is just perfect (I had stopped fertility treatments at the time of getting pregnant so I know it was her). You will never find a better place with so much support and love. The pregnancy classes were a life saver as well.

It's very personal so it's hard to describe how much this place has benefited me. Sarah is a blessing to the community and provides desperately needed support that is rare to come by. KindNest offers support services for those trying to conceive, pregnant, or recovering from loss. If you are in any of those situations I would highly recommend contacting Sarah for help. Amy's yoga class is incredible, love her!
