Gerard promptly returned my calls & gave me insights over a few phone calls on how to best determine what my issue was. He gave me a fair quote (unlike several other companies that charge you $109 to come to your house then give you the quote) for a hot water heater replacement. He and his assistant called before arriving & were very pleasant & professional. He also repaired an outdoor spigot for us. All around very pleased w/ our first experience with Algonquin Plumbing & will use them again.

My outside spigot stopped working. I made an appointment and he even called me when he was on his way. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in a few minutes. Nice guy, very knowledgeable and fair pricing. Absolutely recommend.
