Paul was recommended to us by both our handyman and our realtor by chance so we took it as a sign and I'm so glad we did! The inspection was for our first home purchase and the home was being sold without legal warranty so we were counting on a thorough inspection. Always get an inspection! Tom is an excellent inspector. Very professional. Easy to communicate with. Talked me through the report and answered my questions even after the inspection concluded. I prefer a pessimistic look at any type of issue. Tom found multiple issues with a home I am looking at purchasing. Some items he found are major issues and others could be classified as minor, but he did not ignore the small issues to save time or shorten the very long report. Tom is excellent. He is thorough, knowledgeable, responsive, reliable and a straight-shooter through and through. We are grateful for the wonderful work he did inspecting our house this past month.
