“I injured my foot on a flight up to NY. I knew I had to have it looked at but didn't relish the thought of waiting 4hrs in an ER. I decided to try Total Ortho the next morning as a walk in. Everyone was very nice and the wait time was a very reasonable 25 minutes. After xrays and a diagnosis of the avulsion I was fitted with a boot and given instructions how to care for my injury until I returned home and would see my own orthopedic. They even gave me a CD copy of the xrays. If your in need of orthopedic care I recommend Total Ortho Express.“

“Had seen Dr John years ago and liked him a lot. After my 2nd neck surgery about 10 years ago I stopped going to any chiropractor as I didn't want anybody touching/manipulating my neck. Long story but I hurt my neck recently and it hurt so bad I decided to see a chiro. Ironically I brought my mother to physical therapy where Dr John works out of. So it was the will of the gods I suppose! lol I went about 10-15 times to get my neck back to a tolerable level of pain. “Dr. Zara is a great chiropractic doctor. He’s honest and sincere and truly cares about your overall health. I met with Dr. Zara about 2 months ago because I was experiencing tremendous pain in my neck and back that made my limited mobility (due to a rare muscle disease) intolerable and worse. As I reviewed my complex medical history with him that consists of a few rare autoimmune diseases and some other health issues, we discovered that my neck and back problems was a totally separate issue that contributed to my overall aches and pains. From the first visit, he went straight to work, and put me on this Cox table and started doing his fancy work of spinal manipulation to alleviate the pain in my neck and lower back. Let’s just say I couldn’t believe how I felt better instantly!!! As I continue to go to Dr. Zara weekly, my overall health and mobility seem to be getting better from where I was. I highly recommend Dr. Zara if you have ongoing pain or discomfort anywhere in your body, especially if you’ve tried other methods to alleviate them and didn’t achieve any results.“

“I have been going to Terry for almost 3 years now. I am a college soccer player, and I came in with my first torn ACL about 3 months post op frustrated with the speed that my recovery was going. Once I began seeing Terry, I finally felt my knee getting stronger, and saw the light at the end of the tunnel.
