Simple and to the point. It can be very crowded at peak times, but that's to be expected. Only services I have done here are a wash, set, slight trim and blow. The salon is clean and well maintenance.

Highly doubt they use quality shampoo and conditioner. To be honest it feels like they added relaxer to the conditioner. The texture of my hair felt different and I was told it was only the water but I felt the difference. I usually walk with my own shampoo & conditioner to be on the safe side but I forgot mine this time. All I had done was a simple wash and blow and they changed $50 which is waaayyy tooo expensive. My hair is only shoulder length and they charged double the price of other salons. There was No additional products, no trim, so wrapping and fancy hair up do/ curls. Usually the customer service is good. I haven’t been in since the onset of the pandemic, but it was not the customer service I am use to. They were unorganized and because I was with someone who was getting a longer service they continued to let people in front of me. This is was unfair in my opinion. I was not satisfied with their services. I drove 30 minutes when there are Dominican on every corner to be disappointed.
