I brought a suit to be cleaned on Thursday and asked for it to be ready the following Tuesday. Something came up and I needed it on Saturday. I went in when they opened on Saturday and asked to have it ready that same day. The owner refused. What lack of customer service. I’ve been a customer there for years, well before the current owner, but this will be my last visit.

Terrible customer service !! I walked in for the first time the guy in front gave me attitude so I walked out with my clothes, im happy didnt spend money there.. this review wont matter because he will still in business ( will not get better)

I have tried on 4 different occasions (thinking each time before was a fluke) over the last 2 years to bring in something that needed to be repaired - like raising a hem (twice), removing a ruffle and replacing button (with buttons I already had) and all 4 times I was given a date of 9-14 days out. These simple repairs should be available in a few days. I should be able to drop off on a Mon or Tues and get back a simple hem raise by Fri. The gentleman at the counter is rude and dismissive and I have since stopped trying to go there. None of the times I tried to go were during holiday season, graduation time, or any other busy tailoring time. On the hems, I took them elsewhere...read full review
