I give five stars because i LOVE this place now. In the past experienced a slight issue with a front desk girl where she tried to charge my card weeks after, alleging i had not canceled a previous appointment- thankfully i kept my rescheduling proofs & text message records (this was years ago btw, and it wasn't with any of the owners because they are ALL good people from my experience). The front desk girl at the time was a bad apple with a terrible attitude- who was persistent on charging my card a fee- ultimately she didnt last there because i never saw her again lol! I’ve been coming to lashified for a year and I enjoy coming to get my lashes done. I see Isela and she is the best :) she does her thing everytime and love my outcome when done !! Her retention fire and she such a nice person :) see Isela you won’t regret it :) !
All the ladies here are amazing. Katherine is the BEST! Katherine is gentle, sweet and does a beautiful job. She always makes sure to ask what look you’re going for and specifics (lash map, style, etc). I have super sensitive and dry eyes, she’s always so gentle and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout my appointment. The whole studio is clean, and everyone is professional! Love and can’t recommend enough.
