Went home on my lunch break and found out I had no hot water.

This guy is awesome. He drove from Bainbridge to my house in Nineveh while I drove back to work, then called me when he was on my road and I navigated him to my house and down into my basement. He traced everything out with me on the phone and knew EXACTLY what the problem was. Took him all of 5 minutes to do that.

He had the part on his truck and went ahead and replaced it, then called me back and let me know it's working and everything is good. I was able to make a credit card payment over the phone when he got back to his office.
