Went there yrs ago for a Bell&Gosset 100 circulator. Counterman says,"never seen one of those". These are widely available and installed in thousands of homes. Seems like pros are welcomed and homeowners not. Went to HD and that little Taco pump fit like a glove. Never going back.
Charges 3 times more than what home depot would sell on 2 inches pvc trap. The owner's response after long 15 min discussion with the employee was "thisis more money because it is made is US" .......... hello??!?!?!The one from home depot was same brand "charlotte pipe and foundry co" as yours. Find a better excuse to rip customer up. I don't care if you have over 4+ avg rating. Rip of is a rip off how you see it.
Went there Friday 11/13/2020 at 430pm right before closing. Needed the pump for an oil burner. They had it in stock and had it ready when I got there. Both guys are funny and very helpful. Most places right before closing on a Friday are iffy. I paid more than Amazon but well worth it. I'd rather pay more and support the local guys, especially a nice place like this. First time there and won't be my last.
