She takes the time to listen to concerns, explain everything, and answer all questions without making anyone feel rushed. The office is peaceful and lovely, and the front desk is kind and welcoming. Dr. Wood goes out of her way for patients, performing very thorough testing and fitting hearing aids with a kind demeanor.
