Had my appointment scheduled very quickly. Chris did a great job, had my furnace up and running very quickly. Don't hesitate to call Phoenix to service your heat and a/c needs.
heat went out. called Phoenix. they were very professional and polite. the receptionist told me that the tech would be at the house within 30-45 minutes. he was here within that time frame. diagnosed, parts replaced furnace was up and running within 30 minutes. I will have them service our furnace from now on. I also highly recommend them.
Our furnace had stopped heating and a friend had recommended Phoenix for service. I called and left a message on their voice-mail. Within a half hour they had called back and I explained my problem. The woman I spoke with was very polite and very helpful. She told me that she would have a technician at our house as soon as she could. Within an hour she called back and had a technician on his way. The technician arrived and was very courteous and professional. He found the problem and had our heat up and running. This was the first time I had used this company and I was very pleased with their professionalism and courtesy and will definitely call them again if I have problems... read full review
