I highly recommend J&K! Karmen and Mark did a great job replacing my mother’s rotting porch.
I chose them for the job (from among several other contractors) not only because they have done other high-quality work at my mother’s aging home. But also because they provided a very detailed estimate, and spent time with me patiently explaining the estimate, as well as the process to be used in doing the work. Discussing job with Mark gave me a high confidence level that the work would be done right.

Mark and Karmen replaced our kitchen floor in 2024 and did an amazing job! Came on time, finished the job quickly and cleaned up. Their price beat everyone else that we had come in to do an estimate. they were highly communicative throughout the process. We were so impressed. We are having them back now and they are putting in two windows for us.
