Diana is the absolute best, and clients are treated to quality service. The spotless location has the most kind staff. A fill and new color is a great nail salon experience. The salon took off nails even though they were just done, as a client was having an allergic reaction. The nail tech checked to see how the client was doing pain-wise throughout the removal. The removal was free.
I’ve been going here for years!! But today was probably the BEST appointment I have ever had. My 4 year old son had to come with me and I was a nervous wreck. But after having to reschedule over 5 times due to not having anyone to watch him, I decided to just go for it. Not only did they allow him to sit in a seat next to me during their busy time, they helped him wash his hands, laughed and talked with him and just made him feel so comfortable. I went for a full set of acrylic almond nails with sparkly pink nail polish for prom and they did AMAZINGLY! I’ve never been to a nail salon before and so I went with my friend and they made our nails look so good. I paid 50 dollars which is absolutely incredible for a full set from what I’ve heard. They are so nice here and the atmosphere is so cozy. I’m recommending this place to everyone I know!
Nails look pretty good but the technician did cut me a few times and didnt even acknowledge it when he did it. But other than that he was silent the entire time he did my nails other than one time he spoke in another language to another worker so it felt kinda awkward seeing as i went by myself. When i first walked in the guy at the desk kinda snapped asked me if i had a reservation but immediately got me into a chair to start my nails so over all it was OK
