I dropped by on a Wednesday evening unannounced and was welcomed by the students while the kids class was going on and then invited right into the adult class by the owner. During class he went over some darce escapes one of which fills a hole in my game. I went back for Saturday open mat and had a good time. They were no time limit rounds. So bring your cardio. This is a good, laid back and welcoming school.

This is a fantastic academy. Everyone is very welcoming and treat you like family. I had to travel to Auburn for a couple months and they took me in like I'd been there for years. It's a bit intimidating when you're entering a new academy because some gyms can have a poor environment where people are just trying to murder each other in sparring and there's a kill or be killed mentality, NOT HERE THOUGH! It's all about learning and progressing together. I even had the opportunity to help coach some of the kids classes like I do at my own academy back home. Great place to be at any age or stage of your JiuJitsu journey!

Very welcoming and approachable staff and team. Classes are well thought out and techniques are explained expertly. This facility has catapulted the Genesee Mall to possibly the best mall in all of Auburn. You can learn BJJ, drink the best beer in the world, and take chicks out for ice cream all in one convenient location!
