My dog has really long thick hair. It was matted to the skin, which was ,of course, my fault. A couple of other groomers did not want to deal with her because she fought the groomers so much. Cat (owner of Blue Bark) was wonderful with her. Now she gets a "spa" day every other month. She looks beautiful. Cat reports that although it may not be my dog's favorite thing to do, but she is ok with it. That tells me Cat really knows how to put animals at ease.
