This was my first time meeting Chris and having my color done. I always had my colorists for years but decided it was time for a change. I went into the salon not knowing what to expect. After having my very first bad experience at a salon which I had used occasionally over the past years only for cuts, I wanted to lighten up my color which my previous stylist over-processed causing it to break off. It felt like I had my own personal stylist the entire time I was there which is refreshing after being in salons which are fully booked and noisy!
