I have been coming to The Laundry Room for two years and the facilities and machines are always very clean! One time, I accidentally left my clothes in a washer over night and when I came in panicked the next morning, the staff had put them in the dryer for me to pick up. So grateful!
Convenient, spacious, well-priced, and attendants are kind. But many issues remain:
1. A handful of machines are often out of commission;
2. The mold/mildew in the machines persists and smells; and
3. The “warm/hot” water settings are nominal; there is rarely hot or warm water. I’ve asked about this and there’s been no clear answer on this.
I had a fantastic experience at The Laundry Room! The facility is well-maintained, and equipped with high-quality machines that made the entire process quick and easy. The owner went out of their way to assist me, answering my questions and ensuring I had everything I needed. Their friendliness and willingness to help made all the difference. Highly recommend!
