Karen is such an amazing technician and artist! She is very knowledgeable and detail-oriented, and advised me on what kinds of services can help keep my natural nails healthy. She also checked in with me multiple times throughout the appointment to make sure I was happy with the shape and color (which she mixed out of several nail polishes to get to the exact shade I wanted!). I am so happy with the results and can't wait to be back!

First, the ambiance was perfect—calm, clean, and designed for relaxation. The technician was incredibly meticulous, ensuring that every aspect of the pedicure was flawless, from shaping to cuticle care. The exfoliation and massage? Absolute heaven! My feet felt baby-soft and completely rejuvenated.
