We were extremely pleased with all of Andi’s work on our co-op. Following all co-op rules, he renovated a part of our kitchen (including building a two new islands with cabinets), built a foyer wall and cabinets, built a door to our bedroom, removed a closet, outfitted the remaining closets, and painted the whole apartment. He also suggested ideas for placement and materials in conjunction with the architect. In all, he was very efficient, friendly, open to changes in original plans, and creative for getting around any issues the co-op had. He obtained all necessary licenses. Andi Tocaj and his crew are truly fabulous! They did a major renovation of a brownstone for us- 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. Their work was spectacular. They preserved historic details while adding modern facilities. There was never a problem they couldn’t solve. We were so lucky to have them do this work for us. Couldn’t imagine a better team to work with.

We worked with Andi and his team for several years, both on a major renovation project that included a switch from gas to electric, and on smaller projects, such as retiling of basement floors, water proofing the house, and other issues. Andi and his team have been extremely reliable, transparent, professional and friendly. We've recommended them many times!
