The service and repair from Ace Air Conditioning is superb and I highly recommend them. Big Ed did a wonderful job reinstalling my unit and now and it runs like it's brand new. They are true professionals in what they do.

We were experiencing some problems with our LR A/C, so we looked up a couple of repair shops regarding service. We decided to call Ace Air Conditioning. We were quoted a price, the details of the service were given to us and we made an appointment. The servicemen called to let us know they were on their way, showed up right when they estimated they would and went to work. A pleasant and helpful pair of fellows. When we asked if the BR A/C could be serviced also, we were told that the way the co-op installed the A/C would require expensive removal work. The servicemen called Marty, the owner, he made it clear that the cost for us would not be worth it. We took his advice... read full review

5 star service from these guys. All the way around! From the techs sent to the house, to Josh the supervisor I spoke with, to Kennedi in the office, everyone was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My A coil had a leak, so I went ahead with getting it replaced. I had an R22 system, and the outside condenser was not rated for the new 410 refrigerant. After installing the new A coil, they accidentally charged the system with the new 410 Freon. If you don’t know, that would not have worked out well for long. Josh called, apologized, and installed a new Trane outside condenser compatible with the new 410 Freon free of charge. He was very polite and adamant that he wanted... read full review
