Ms. Fatima handles my personal return. She is calm, thorough, and kind. She treats you like a person, not a transaction. Remote is easy by phone and email. I continue filing here even after moving out of state.

She is also a strong last-minute option if you are stuck near the deadline. My situation is simple, and more than once I was cutting it close. She still got it done. I usually reach out two or three days before the deadline and she files on time. She has never failed me.

I wish I can give them 10 stars for my experience today.. I had an outstanding experience with Terry at this tax office. I called the office on the tax deadline day, and spoke to Terry, she was incredibly professional, patient, and never rushed me despite the time crunch. She handled everything efficiently, giving me all the time I needed, and communicated promptly via phone and email. Terry's beautiful attitude and professionalism truly made a stressful day manageable. This tax office isn't just professional.. they're lifesavers, especially when you need a miracle at the last minute. Highly recommend their services.
