I cannot overstate the impact velocity has had on my 3 boys (8, 11 and 14), teaching them discipline, increasing their speed, agility and strength and preventing injury. The trainers are professional and understand how to keep the kids engaged and motivated. The workouts are well thought out, highly structured and are applicable to any sport (although the team will craft a sport-specific program if desired). We started each of my boys at 8 years old and by 10, they were the top athletes on the baseball and football fields. I credit much of their early success to Jordan and the Velocity team. ???
Our youth program has been working with Jordan, Mike, and Brian for the past year, and it is arguably the best partnership we have formed in 10 years of running our program. The combination of the facility, proven expertise, and determination to fulfill our kids’ potential, is a recipe for many years of success.
My son Mark loves the training. Mark is so much stronger than he was 5 months ago. I thank the trainers for adding strength training to Mark's speed. We truly appreciate all of you.?
