I have come here for hard gel manicures a few times and the quality is fine but their prices are absolutely not. They are not transparent with what they charge for and will upcharge you for anything and everything—it’s $10 extra just to get the nails shaped, $10 extra to get a single nail repaired, etc. They have also tried to charge me for “extra long” nails multiple times even when I specifically asked for short ones. I will not be coming back.

If I could leave zero stars, I would.
I have NEVER written a bad review, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel obligated to share it. I have visited numerous nail salons over the years, and this was, without question, the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered.
I booked a manicure specifically with Jenny and confirmed three separate times over the phone that she would personally be doing my nails. Each time, she assured me she would. Upon arrival, she abruptly handed me off to two other technicians and refused to honor the appointment — without explanation or apology. It was dismissive and disrespectful of my time. Jenny was so rude and incredibly unprofessional.
The lack of accountability was matched only by the poor quality of service. A basic French manicure — one of the simplest, most classic styles — was executed poorly, with uneven lines and sloppy application. The attention to detail was simply not there.
Professionalism, courtesy, and technical skill are the bare minimum in this industry. Unfortunately, this salon demonstrated none of the above.
I will definitely not be returning. Truly the worst salon experience I’ve ever had.

I purchased a Groupon for a manicure and pedicure and called to schedule an appointment. Initially, I was told they had availability. However, once I mentioned that I would be using a Groupon, I was then told they were “busy today” and asked if I wanted to schedule for another day.
It was disappointing because the availability seemed to change only after mentioning the Groupon. If you are offering promotions through Groupon, appointments should be honored consistently regardless of how the service is being paid for.
Unfortunately, this experience did not leave a good first impression.

This nail salon is amazing! The salon is clean and welcoming, and the technicians are very professional and patient. My nails turned out even better than I expected. I will definitely come back.

Appointment-only for a reason. The vibe is calm, the design is elevated, and every detail feels intentional. If you’re looking for precision and a true VIP experience, this is it.

I got my nails done less than a week ago and already two of them are broken. I reached out to them twice to get it fixed, but they ignored my messages. On top of that, the day I went they pressured me to leave a tip (I was going to do it), and even told me the amount I gave wasn’t enough—they wanted more.
Two weeks later, another nail fell off and a fungus (a green line) appeared on it.

I’ve read a couple of comments similar to the experience I had here. They started with my manicure and when another client came in they left me waiting for almost 20 minutes and didn’t ask if I was okay with that. Definitely a terrible experience!

I have my nails done at Top Nail Beauty Salon. I got the most amazing Halloween-themed nails done here and I couldn’t be happier! The attention to detail was incredible—from tiny ghosts and pumpkins to spider webs and bats, every nail was a little work of art. The salon was clean, cozy, and the nail technician was super patient and creative. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get festive nails this spooky season!

Very nice staff who do nails well, clean environment. However there are two things that did not sit well with me. On my initial visit, I was told one price over the phone by the owner, then was charged a higher price upon check out. I needed to say something in order for this to be corrected which leads me to question the true price of services. Prices are not listed online and being a new resident to the area these are things one looks for. Given The benefit of doubt I returned, and was told at checkout that they only take visa or Mastercard and no American Express. When asked if there was signage anywhere in the salon or on their website that stated that, I was told “Idk, my boss told me to only take visa or Mastercard”. As a place of business who takes card payments, there should be signage that enforces that - what would’ve been done if that was the only card I had on me? Customer service will always be important, needless to say I won’t be returning.
ADDITIONALLY they proceeded to respond this to my comment on booksy. Why would I go out my way to write this review if it were not true? Sharing my experience so that others are well aware. Based on previous reviews here , this is not the first time the prices were incorrect. Again, the price I was told OVER the phone was not the price I was charged. None of the information you decided to provide during your comment was stated during my first visit, or during my second visit.
