Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Was done in 15 minutes. Plus they accepted my advance appointment of mani and pedi and didn’t have time to do both. They also overcharged me for the service $43 instead of $36. Never going back.

What a disgusting place this is. I had to ask the nail technician to clean the cuticle cutter because it was covered in someone else's stuff. and at the end I needed her to clean up the mess of a polish she did. It was like a child coloring out of the lines. I've been here before and it was never great but not this bad.

This is my favorite nail salon not only in Armonk, but in all of Westchester County. I am a frequent visitor for mani, pedi, and also their massages (due to a bad back). Everyone that works there is professional, talented, sweet, kind and thoughtful. My manicures last longer when I get my nails done here, and everyone really takes their time in everything that they do. This is the place to go! Especially in a COVID environment, its very clean and they are thoughtful in how they maintain their business.

Worst service! I had a pedicure and manicure, the technician was fast and unfriendly. The place was empty and she was rushing. My nails were not painted nicely! I wanted to try out because I work near this place but I will never come back!

Terrible service, people keep talking loudly to each other in Korean.. what kind of serenity or relaxation can you have if they do that, not to mention how rude it is! They work like they do you a big favor.. slow and look at you like they are discussing you. The job is poorly done, too... Didn't even soak cuticles, or put a cuticle oil.. I was raw and bleeding after their rough filing and cutting cuticles on dry hands.Just awful!! Will never go there again.

Friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Got a basic manicure with long wear polish. The technician really took her time making sure every nail was perfect. Two days later and it still looks like I just got them done!

I went here for spa pedicure and powder gel manicure. They did perfect job. And they have special price with is good! The palace is so beautiful，relaxing and stuff are so friendly. Definitely coming back!
