“Terry and his employee are the best!!!! They responded to an urgent call to replace the broken connection at our electric meter. They showed up promptly and were very professional and very very patient. The day was very frustrating because national grid of course did not commit to their time part of the bargain and they continue to patiently wait with me throughout the day in the extreme heat and just became kind of like part of the family sitting chatting in the shade tree tolerating my dogs wanting to play ball. They worked with me diligently to get agents here from national grid to complete their part of the work. Terry had told me that he was going to make sure that we had power restored and he was going to follow up and make sure it was done and done right. Once national grid got their act together He had everything lined up with the inspector in national grid there to turn our power back on. I felt terrible for these people having to wait and lose a good part of their day. I found it so professional that they did not choose to leave me hanging and say they needed to move on to their next job. they were committed to the job that they told me they were going to do and they got it done regardless of having to wait 6 hours for national grid. I have already told three people and passed out their cards I would not go to any other electrician again I really felt like they were there to not only fix my electrical issue but to ensure the best customer service I have ever witnessed and so utterly professional. Cannot recommend enough and I also told him we will have him back to fix another electrical issue with our outdoor pool setup.
