Hometown Mortgage Corp
“Dave and his team are awesome! We bought a house on a VA Loan - Dave was very familiar with the peculiarities & nuances of VA qualification. Initial prequal started on his website, and was very simple.Dave & his team kept us apprised of loan qualification status throughout the process, and always got back immediately to us with our questions. The seller wanted a fast closing, and we were nervous that we would lose the deal due to a long VA loan process. Most impressive - Dave was able to push through the VA loan in JUST 31 DAYS from initial contact!! This is my third house purchase via VA loan, and by far the fastest! He even called us back following the closing, to make sure that all went well.Hometown Mortgage's team was fantastic - would gladly work with them again!”
