Dave and his team are awesome! We bought a house on a VA Loan - Dave was very familiar with the peculiarities & nuances of VA qualification. Initial prequal started on his website, and was very simple.Dave & his team kept us apprised of loan qualification status throughout the process, and always got back immediately to us with our questions.The seller wanted a fast closing, and we were nervous that we would lose the deal due to a long VA loan process. I give Robin and Dave a 5 star rating. They were very helpful for me and made my transaction go very smoothly and quickly. My purchase was 4 years ago and still to this day I am happy with how everything turned out. Since my purchase I sent several people their way and all of them ended up going through them to purchase their homes. Just as we all are busy with our family schedules they are too and some people cant understand that they are not going to always make it on time but they have always sent out a message to assure you if they were going to be late. I still highly recommend these guys for all your home buying needs.

David has been great to work with. He’s been at my beckoning call with anything I needed and made hisself available to me at any point despite having a big family and a busy busy job and life.
