Have visited many times but today was a bad haircut and purchased a set of 3 hair products on the advice of the stylist who quoted me $14 per bottle. After leaving the store I put glasses back on and noticed the bottles were 28.95 each and not 14 each. I prob should have been more observant at check out but with glasses off and helping my elderly mother who was also a customer I did not. I returned to the shop to return the product and they refused. They swapped them for another brand I liked the scent better and was much cheaper. I still feel I took a loss in the monetary exchange. Decided off a whim this morning that i wanted highlights in my black box died hair. When i tell you Rachel exceeded my expectations! I’m literally obsessed with my hair. 10/10 would recommend.
