I'm giving this a 3 because in general we've had good experiences at this particular Home Depot. Last week, we bought a new Samsung washer and dryer and set it up for home delivery and installation for today. The washer and dryer arrived and the delivery men would not install it. He kept insisting that all they do is deliver the appliances. I contacted the individual who helped us (Sonya) to check into why they didn't install it and she confirmed that we paid for installation and also couldn't understand why they didn't. She said she was going to look into it and call me right back. She called back within 15 minutes and noted that they were supposed... read full review

We placed an order online and when we went to pick it up the item was clearly used and very damaged. The employee who brought it to us at the drive up area said he would go in and get a replacement. He never returned so after 20 mins we had to go inside and head to the service desk. I do not recommend the order online pickup in store option here

Typical HomeDepot... You have an abundance of home repair supplies. Pretty fair prices on all their appliances and kitchen cabinets. Customer service is very good, especially when you're consulting with the flooring and kitchen remodeling team.
