I used a free pass to see if I would like to join this gym. I had a very good experience, everyone was friendly (especially Jackson in sales) and everything was very clean and orderly. The only reason I didn't join was the location was too far to drive (and my location's pool isn't open).

I’d rate this lower on company as whole but the Customer service I got from the specific person *Dakota* was exceptional. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful explaining my current membership as an Esporta member going to LA Fitness.
What I’m NOT happy about is how the other franchises makes me pay for a day pass at a gym in my hometown when I live out of state because of the name switch over even though I Paid in full. Don’t sign as an esporta member.

Clean ,professional,I believe the only L.A. fitness with a pool that's open please, please don't close this pool us seniors really need the pool and spa and other people doin rehabilitation if the clubs need money get a licence physical therapy so you will have another source of funds from health insurance plans please!!!
