General Physician, PC Primary Care

I have had a great experience there. I started going there after Cleveland Hill Medical group closed. I had a great experience with Patricia Whistler and followed her over. Staff has been great and return calls with in a reasonable time considering how busy Dr. offices get. If you want a great Primary Care office I suggest here. If you want to compare experiences please try Highgate Medical and you will understand just how good this office is!

When I first started here a few years ago, it was great. I felt respected and safe. Key word, SAFE. Having cPTSD, that's a really big deal for me. However, in June I found out, that despite being told otherwise, they had never put an alert in my chart that I can only see female providers. Not only that, but my cPTSD and another condition I have were nowhere in my chart at all. This led to being scheduled with Tyler (I figured girl Tyler d/t trusting them to not put me in with a male). They apologized and promised to fix the issue. Very hard to schedule an appt. - long holding queues then get kicked to leave a voicemail that "will be answered that day...". No one calls back. However when you get through, the likelihood of getting an appointment soon is very good (with PAs).
