Jessica is an experienced professional and a true expert. Ophthalmology employees like her are what keep patients coming back—they can truly make or break a practice. Three of my children had surgery at Fichte, Endl, & Elmer Eyecare, and my wife is also a patient there. We’ve always had excellent experiences. Jessica really helped the entire eye glass process.
Got all-laser LASIK to correct an extreme regular astigmatism in both eyes. Atwal Eyecare suggested I did not get LASIK from them due to my high astigmatism, though Fichte, Endl, and Elmer planned an operation using one of their lasers that can rotate with your eye (important for following the axis on which astigmatism manifests!)
The procedure was brief (I wasn't expecting so much pressure on my eyeballs), I didn't need any anxiety or pain meds, and was comfortable to the point where all of the staff were operating while dressed up for Halloween.

My first time here and it was a great experience. Everyone I worked with was extremely kind and welcoming.
I met with Amy H. first who clearly explained each part of the virtual eye exam as it was happening, making sure I was comfortable with the process. She took a digital picture of my eye, which was amazing and meant there was no need to dilate my eyes! My exam was performed by a technician virtually, but I would have thought he was in the room with me - honestly, Ive have glasses my whole life and there was no difference in the way the eye exam was performed.
