Frank immediately realized my prescription was incorrect. I was overpowered in my right eye and he had me return to my eye doctor for a new prescription. When my new glasses arrived, I was amazed at how clear I could see. Frank also recommended a new shade for my sunglasses, which was perfect. I have a new friend and optician with Frank Senia who I highly recommend without hesitation! Thanks, Frank!

Helping me with the exact reason I came in for and every other question I could come up with. In an age where good customer service is in such short supply, Frank reminded me what’s its like to be treated as a valued customer.
