Myself and my family have been purchasing from Reeds Jewelers in Victor NY for many years now. I happened to visit their Amherst store and had the pleasure of meeting a professional and very knowledgeable associate by the name of Gabriele. I was looking at watches and Gabriele educated and guided me into exactly what I thought I was looking for and I made the purchase. His follow up was impeccable during and after the sale. Ashley and Gabe at Reeds and Jenns are both a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and personable, I stopped in a few times to look at watches and was new to the scene and they were very patient with me and helped me make an informed decision- Ashley was amazing with follow up- she kept in contact with me through out my time waiting for my desired piece to come in- and was very quick to reach out and let me know that the day arrived!
