By far the best pt rehab I've ever experienced. Very clean establishment with the best OT, PT, and speech therapy. The nurses and aids truly care, very friendly, and go above and beyond. I highly recommend this Elderwood location.
Excellent care from people who care, my first experience to this type of facility and staff made me feel very welcome and were both professional and accommodating making my stay comfortable.

There are some very dedicated staffers. However there are many not so dedicated as well, SO things like changes, showers, meals, and other forms of assistance are either inconsistent or delayed. Management seems unable to manage the staffing work loads. The owners should be ashamed of how run down the place is looking and the lack of client care exhibited by their staff. There are some who are very good and try hard but they are outnumbered by the slackers. I feel bad for them. But I cannot give an outstanding review because the good folks are too few and outnumbered by the poor staffing levels.
The PT and OT staff are good but management is unwilling to negotiate...read full review
