It was so awesome spending the day with Mike. He's unbelievably knowledgeable and because he teaches students how to perform home inspections he's incredibly thorough and practical with his approach and explanations. I am so thankful for his help and service!
We were under an incredibly tight, under 24 hour timeline to secure a full inspection on a holiday weekend for a home that we were submitting an offer on and I cannot overstate how pleased we were that Mike at Sonic Home Inspections answered the call.
