Talked us in to a new furnace they installed it and was more efficient then the old one. The following year he had problems with a relative of mine. I called for yearly maintenance he refused to come to our house anymore to service a furnace HE sold us. He’d been coming to our house for over 20 years. If that isn’t unprofessional I don’t know what is.

Wixson's is my #1 go to!!. I've used them many times from regular maintenance of my furnace to broken water pipes in my basement. I've found them to be very fast and efficient at what they do yet always at a decent price. I highly recommend them. +A in my book

I called to have my heater repaired, the owner acted like I was inconveniencing him by calling because he had already been in my town earlier in the day. I asked if I could schedule for them to come take a look at it, and when I told him the type of heater it was he said that he doesn't service them. So I asked if I could schedule for a quote on upgrading to a new system. He said yes and then said he would stop down on the same day to take a look. I wasn't home but my mom was, she showed him the heater and she had to step away for a bathroom break. He yelled while she was in the bathroom that he wasn't going to work on it and ran out the door.
