I encountered very mean and unprofessional staff during my call. When they picked up the phone, the lady was already sarcastic and unfriendly. I told her that my puppy has severe diarrhea and blood coming from her bottom. She asked if we had prior business with them. When I replied that we did not, she simply told me to call our vet. After I mentioned that the veterinary clinic on post is closed on weekends, she said, 'Well, I suggest you call them back on Monday. Then she finally mentioned they can’t take my puppy in because they are under staffed. Seriously you can just say I apologize we can’t help your puppy because we’re understaffed. Don’t be so mean and sarcastic.

Great with our dogs! REVISED 7/15/25 called to say our dog passed away cause we received a postcard about her... woman answered phone lacked compassion and said ok so happy and said I'll update the chart! What?! Not even a sorry. Probably wont return now. 8/4 update we now have received an invoice for an emergency call that took place in June (dated wrong) for less than 2 mins and said go to cuse for $40. Lol. Never a call back about the staff member. Seems fishy to get this now!

My sweet elderly baby girl was actively dying.My mom went to the office to see if they could work her in, considering they were super busy. I want to thank Dr. Kelsey, for her compassion to my mother and love, she showed my fur baby. I can not Thank her enough.

Always very busy in the summer. Always friendly and polite. They get you in and out in a timely manner. I was fortunate that they were the only vet taking new clients when I moved to the area. They are wonderful. And keep meticulous records.
