I've been a member since 1998. Come to the same show you'll enjoy the tractors, the steam engines, the flea market, and the food. It's off Gillette Road in Alexander, the show is the first Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday after Labor Day. Hope to see you you're guaranteed a good time.
Always a great time going to the steam show. So many great displays. So many nice people willing to share their knowledge with you. Tons of vendors at the flea market; I'm always walking out with stuff lol. Tractor and truck pulls are always exciting to watch. I've been going for many years now and I don't plan on stopping!
It's a nice show with so many things going on. With bunch vendors and flea market people. Family atmosphere. Plus tractor pulls and such. The only issue is it's about steam engines and old tractors and homemade creations that they ride around on. That is what it's about. I see that there letting motorcycles in to ride around and ATVs and 6 wheelers. There making a mockery of it. It's causing major traffic jams and lots issues. Plus lots of golf carts. They need better traffic control as it's getting out hand. Bring this show the way it was. I feel that more people should go to there meetings and speak up.
