John answered his phone immediately, walked my husband through a few troubleshooting steps, and came out first thing the next morning. My experience started with another concrete professional who took a deposit did some site work, argued with me constantly and basically left me high and dry. BVM Contacted me personally to try and remedy the situation. They came within days with an estimate and gave me exactly what I wanted, and made sure that we were both on the same page. “Designer listened to my needs and wants and asked me to come in because she was thinking of changing the layout I initially thought. It was so much better and I'm thankful that she placed my needs above what I was saying I wanted. The design was prepared a lot faster than expected!
