I would never recommend EG Tax in Springville. I initially made an appointment to which she said she was too busy after I waited for 30 minutes. Then I said ok, I can leave the paperwork. We exchanged emails about a few basic questions. This is just a simple tax return. I made two appointments to pick them up she canceled the first. On the second one (Saturday before tax day) I went all the way up there and she had one of her coworkers come up to the door and tell me it was not done but that she would get it done tomorrow. The worst experience I’ve ever had. No communication what so ever. Should have known when they lost my return day two.

Their petty business practices leave me wondering what they won’t do for money. These are the people who are supposed to represent you in court if you get audited. Better off getting your taxes done anywhere else.
