Tony always responds on the day that I call. I called him this morning and told him that my hot water tank was broken. He was here shortly before two o'clock (on a Monday). He examined the water heater and said that the gauges were out of whack. He re-set the gauges and said that I should have hot water in about 45 minutes. I checked in about an hour and I had hot water. He could have just sold me a new water heater and I wouldn't have known any better. I very much appreciate that he never takes advantage of me - his honesty is admirable, and he knows how to fix the problem presented to him.
