I’m going on vacation in May and I wanted to be in the best shape possible. I decided to try the infared heat wrap at Simply Posh since I knew diet and exercise alone wouldn’t get me to where I wanted to be. I can honestly say, I’m obsessed!!! I’ve done just a couple wraps and I already feel thinner and I look thinner and more defined. Also, I find it really relaxing. It’s the one time a week that I take for myself to mentally relax. Not to mention the heat feels good on any tired or sore muscles. So not only do I love the wrap, but I really loved the staff.
