We used them recently for a small repair. Even though it was a small job they were super friendly and super responsive and made sure to prioritize us. We were very pleased and would not hesitate to use them again for a larger project.
Barry was extremely helpful. He replaced the chain on the shade.It is now like new. He is reliable & came on time. He has reupholstered my couch, installed shutters & made chair cushions for me. I was satisfied with all purchases. Thumbs up for Silhouette Window Treatment.
This is the second time I’ve used Silhouette Window Treatments - I am just as delighted as I was the first time. I had new shades and valances installed- and could not be happier. The owners- Della and Barry, are delightful to work with, and Linda was wonderful with helping me pick fabric. A very pleasant experience.
