If I could give 10 starts, I would! We have used True Building Performance three times in the past couple of years. 1. Garage insulation 2. Home attic insulation 3. Insulated inner home walls We HIGHLY recommend using True Building Performance. We would NOT use anyone else. The team is exceptional! Extremely customer service focused. They protect your home by adding plastic to the floors and hanging dust protection if required. Bottom line, they respect your home as if it was their own! The end result exceeded our expectations!
Being a new homeowner in a tight market I had only two complaints; my new utility bills were high and the second floor of my home was much colder in the winter than my first floor. Of all the contractors I called to figure out what could be done to solve my problems, the guys at True Building Performance were the only ones that took a look at my entire home and took the time to explain all of my options to me (including the ones that they couldn't do themselves). We had them insulate our attic, basement, and crawlspace. The crew was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the project. They laid down plastic wherever they worked indoors, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each work day. Best of all, for the first time since we moved in, the second story of our home was the same temperature as the first story while spending less on utilities.
