I started the program October 3 and so far I have lost lbs every week. So far I have lost 21 lbs. Very happy of the results. The nutritionist, Andrea, is very knowledgeable . I like the one on one meetings. If I call or email with questions, they get right back to me. Very satisfied with this program . I go to the Clifton Park location, which is very convenient for me.
